Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within 1–3 business days from our studio in Van Nuys, California. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days via USPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 for all US orders. We currently ship within the United States only.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — as soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way. Please note we're not able to control carrier delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address at checkout, so double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. Because of the nature of our jewelry, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges — so please review your order carefully (style, color, quantity) before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us at marieameliashop@gmail.com within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll help sort it out.

Jewelry Care

A little care goes a long way in keeping your pieces looking as beautiful as the day you got them:

Keep it dry. Put your jewelry on after showering, swimming, and applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray. Moisture and chemicals are the biggest causes of tarnish and fading.
Store it properly. Keep pieces in a soft pouch or airtight bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight and humidity, and store necklaces flat or hung to prevent tangling.
Clean gently. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive materials.
Gold-plated pieces: handle with extra care — avoid prolonged water exposure and rubbing against rough surfaces to help preserve the plating.
Sterling silver & moissanite pieces: a silver polishing cloth works great to keep the shine and prevent tarnish over time.
Stainless steel pieces: our most durable and water-resistant option, but we still recommend removing them before swimming or showering to keep them looking their best long-term.
